Client Information

What is the first thing  should do after I am released? Make an appointment to attend Orientation which is held every Tuesday at 1:00 p.m.

Do I have to belong to a particular church to receive assistance? No, we are a faith-based organization that does not discriminate on race, sex, religion, creed or culture.

Do you only serve clients in Kansas? GPF serves the entire Kansas City Metropolitan area including both Kansas and Missouri. If you are outside of this area and still need help, feel free to call us. We will try to identify and connect you to resources in your area.

What time are the substance abuse support group and GED meetings? GED meets from 6:00 to 8:00 on Tuesday nights and Substance Abuse Support group meets from 7:00 to 8:00 on Tuesday nights.

Do you charge for your services? Our services are provided free of charge. To continue to extend these services we rely on community support. We welcome all donations and contributions, no matter the size.

Are my contributions to the Gracious Promise Foundation tax deductible?  Yes, GPF is a qualified 501(C)(3) not-for-profit organization.
